Default Colour id please

My little baby is about 3-4 weeks old... I have not seen this colour before and no one can seem to identify it's colour in other groups... any ideas please

From the photo your chick really seems to be sky blue in colour, he/she could very well be sky violet (recessive pied).
It would be helpful if you posted a photo showing the chest and tummy areas so we can see the body colour there.
The colour on the rump is always darker when compared to the overall body colour. And the rump isn't dark enough for cobalt.

I agree, sky blue dominant pied seems to be his mutation, although more photos would be helpful

Indeed, this additional photo confirms that your chick is sky blue in colour. She still looks recessive pied to me.

There's too much blue on her to be recessive pied; she is a sky blue dominant pied

Her shade of blue is very pretty!

Sky blue dominant pied.Blue rump is normal.The tail should be white for show but still a Dom pied.

Once the chick is older it will become clear which it is. Dom pied iwll develop an iris ring, rec pied won't. Perhaps you could post more pics as it ages?
