I'd go for recessive pied's.
Not sure 'bout the colours though.
One one the mutation experts might be able to give you a more accurate answer, but I'm always happy to help.

I would actually say Dominant Pied's Don't recessive pied's have a pink cere?

Both are Recessive Pieds.

The green/yellow one is female and the white/blue one is male. Gorgeous birds!

Yep, both recessive pieds. Look like a dark green and a cobalt, but the pics are small so time will tell.

yes im only just learnin this stuff but it is of my understanding that if their is just one band of colour near the bottom of the body they are recessive, plus both do not have the spot on the back of their heads

They do have the pied spot, only with recessive pieds, there is often a lot more clear feathers around that area so the 'spot' is not as well defined since the markings around the area are clear as well.
