I know he is dilute, but does anyone see any other visible mutations? I know zero about genetics, I have tried reading everything I can about it but, biology was my worst subject in high school and college.

Note: It may take a few days for our mutations experts to log-in to the forums as we are in a holiday period at this point in time, so please be patient.

Olaf is a very handsome little lad!

It would be good to be able to see his wing markings but from that picture he looks to be a grey spangle. His colour and markings look too strong to be dilute, which is usually very pale so as to be almost white in many cases.

His tail feathers are completely white with a slightly off-white tinge. His wings are white with grey markings.

Looks like a grey spangle still, the markings are often so thin that they look grey, but his body colour and cheek patches look full strength to me so I don't think he is greywing.

I agree with toni; he is a grey spangle, not a dilute Spangle budgies have white tail feathers, as well as the grey markings you see on his wings. His grey color is too strong to be dilute

What a handsome boy!
