Default what mutation?

have tried doing some research to figure it out but am now completly confused so was hoping for some thoughts?

She has dark red eye's which can't really be seen in the picture

I am not completely sure with this,
when it comes to Budgie colors,
i'm not the best. xD

But i think it is (don't take this as a 100% thing)
a Clearwing.
Possibly.
Let's see what others say. xD

I'm not totally sure about her mutations. It looks like a cinnamon clearwing spangle sky blue. Or it could be just cinnamon spangle sky blue. Most clearwings have normal markings that are quite faint but the markings your can see on this bird look more like a spangle, those that you can see are brown so it is probably cinnamon

I think the brown marks on her wings could be dirt, as the marks on the top of her head, and the more easily visable one's on her wings appear a light grey
