Default Lugia and Luigi

Wondering if anyone can tell me what mutation Lugia is? I believe recessive pied? But her blue is in a different place than the ones I've seen so not 100% sure.

Thanks in advance

Also wondering about Luigi but I can't seem to find any pictures of his chest so I will have to take one tomorrow. Just wondering if he's a normal green or if there's any dark factors. Will post once I get a clear pic

Luigi looks to be a dark green normal to me, as he seems to share the same mutation as Sage, my green girl.

I'm sure someone who knows mutations will be able to help with Lugia.

I'm not sure on the dark factors for Luigi, but I'm going to guess light green, normal, violet, split for recessive pied. The split is indicated by the tiny pied patch on the back of his head. Lugia is a normal sky blue recessive pied!

They're gorgeous!

Emily, you're spot on! Violet is tentative for Luigi but other than that, you're correct

Luigi is a dark green normal split for recessive pied, and Luiga is a sky blue recessive pied normal budgie

Thanks guys!
I loved Luigi's little patch on his head from the start but didn't know it meant anything mutationwise. I thought it looked like a bow so I called him Bowie before settling on Lu and Lulu
And if anyone is familiar with pokemon, Lugia has identical markings as the legendary bird

Any good for colour ID? He seems to be camera shy and I have to zoom to get him close enough. He looks olivey to me but I'm not familiar with their normal green colour. Also I swear Lugia is brighter than a normal sky blue would be. But again, not a budgie fan til recently so don't have much experience with exact colours
