Default New Budgie - please advise mutation

So my sister came by today to show me her new "Male" budgie and when I informed her that he was a she she got upset because she wanted a male so she wouldn't have to deal with eggs and all that so since I know I will get to see "sky" (my female that turned out to be a male) we traded budgies. So can anyone tell me what mutation my new budgie is? I know she is a yellow face but other than that I have no clue since I'm not good at identifying mutations just yet. Does anyone have any suggestions for a name for this beautiful girl?

She's so pretty! She's some sort of yellowface blue dominant pied, but I'm terrible with identifying what the color actually is. To me she looks like a Mara (close to sea in Latin )

She is a very beautiful girl especially in person! These pictures don't do her justice! That is a very pretty name. Maybe Queen Mara! The male that I have her paired with is named King Henry lol

Your new budgie is a beautiful shade of blue. Has better coloring that most budgies have. Find a really good name for your new friend. You bought it from a good lace to look that good.

Thank you very much! She is definitely very beautiful! And I am still having trouble with picking a name for her and identifying her mutation!

I've re-titled your thread and moved it to the Mutations and Genetics section of the forum as your main purpose is to ask our experts for advice regarding the mutation of your new female.
Our experts will give you her exact mutation -- my guess would be a Yellowface II.

Queen Mara sounds like a fine name for your beautiful little girl.

Personally, I'd name her Ariel as her coloring makes me think of ocean waves and mermaids.

You can look at this sticky for other naming ideas:

She looks to be a golden face, and likely cobalt though the colours look like they may be different in reality? The wing markings are hard to see, are they grey or black? I see a head patch but can't see if any of the flights are white/yellow, and being clipped makes it trickier to tell.

I will take some more pictures of her when the sun come up completely so I can get them in natural light. Her flight wings were a whitish gray color? And the wing markings are hard to say.. they are dark but not as dark as my other birds

She's gorgeous! I think Ariel is a great name for her. Also, I've always loved Persia as a name for a sea-green girl

Her mutation to me looks like sky blue, golden face, cinnamon, even though her markings aren't brown, they have a brownish cast and are too dark for greywing, as Toni said. She's also most likely either split recessive pied or single factor dominant pied, with the former being the most likely as she has no other patches.

Toni, thoughts on the cinnamon? I also think greywing is a possibility.
