Default What mutation/colouration are my budgies?

I have attempted to go through and read all of the information on this website about genetics/mutations, but it is a lot to take in and I really can't figure out what my girls are. I hope these pictures are good enough for someone with more experience to work it out!

Aster is the whiter one and Aspen is the bluer one with the yellow face. Aspen also has a few bright yellow/green tail feathers.

Aster is a grey dominant pied.

Aspen is a yellow face 1 opaline. My screen isn't accurate for some colours, but she looks mauve to me. She could be a dark cobalt or a blueish grey in reality though....

I agree here, though Toni and StarlingWings are two of the best members when it comes to mutations . My iPad displays a pretty accurate color, and the yellowface one looks mauve to me, which is a very pretty color that you don’t see all the time.

Mauve and grey are often very similar, but she could well be mauve! It will be interesting to see what colour her adult cheek patches are.

Apart from the white, what colour are her long tail feathers? Dark blue or more black?

Is Aspen a male? His cere looks a bit too blue for a hen.

The white chalky look around the nostrils indicates that Aspen is a young girl. She is quite blue but some young hens are.

Thank you all for the replies! Here are some pictures of Aspen's tail feathers. There are a lot of colours in there!

They show how much colour is affected by the camera! She looks almost violet in those pictures on my screen. I would say she must be mauve.
