When the Spangle mutation is present, it is not considered a true Rainbow budgie.
The only way you can breed a spangle to get a rainbow is if that spangle is also split to greywing or clearwing, and it is paired up to another bird that carries the greywing or clearwing mutation either in a visual or split form.
And of course you'll need some other mutations as well, including Opaline and Yellowface.
You haven't provided any information with regard to your knowledge level and/or experience in owning budgies.
Do you have budgies now?
Have long have you owned them?
If you are planning to try breeding budgies please understand that you need to know as much as possible about budgies in general and your birds in particular then do a great deal of research with regard to best practices in breeding before ever considering doing so.
Before breeding any species, it is important to learn as much about the animals, their personalities and the best practices to follow for responsible and ethical breeding prior to making the commitment to take on the responsibility.

Agree..best to avoid spangle when breeding Rainbows as it limits the number of true Rainbows you produce
