This pair of budgies had 5 eggs, only 4 fertile but one egg broke. The 3 babies are sweet. I was surprised to see the whiteface opaline. The parents are mating again so I'm wondering what they will.prodyce this time. I dont understand the Punnett Square
How old are the chicks right now? I'm assuming these pics are recent?
If so, you should not allow the parents to breed again, as this can be very detrimental to their health. Raising chicks is a LOT of work and the parents need a good long break before you allow them to breed again. The chicks are old enough to allow dad to take over raising them. You should remove mom from the breeding cage into her own cage so they can not breed.
The purpose of this forum is to promote best practices for the health and well-being of budgies.
As Michelle has indicated, you should not allow your budgies to breed again. They need at least a good 6 months to recuperate from having the recent clutch of chicks.
Please take the time to read the Stickies at the top of each forum section as well as the Budgie Articles.

My plan is one clutch per year. I took the babies and handfed them. The male/female went into the flight cage. I was surprised to see the white faced blue opaline though.
I'm glad you're planning on only one clutch per year
It's interesting but not uncommon to have a white chick in a pairing like this! Since the yellow face mutations are all recessive to wild type but dominant to blue, the father most likely only has one allele with yellow face at the locus, meaning that if the chick inherited the other one, and the mother is split for blue (which she clearly is given the other blue chick), then a white faced budgie is possible. They're cuties!
