Default Cinnamons

I am looking into getting a cinnamon budgie, but the breeder only has females. Would chicks from a female be cinnamon too or would it be the next generation?

These are them. Both Females

None of the chicks from a cinnamon hen would cinnamon unless she was mated to a cock bird that had cinnamon genes. If the cock bird was visibly cinnamon all the chicks would be cinnamon. If the cock bird was only split for cinnamon half the chicks of both sexes would be cinnamon. If the cock bird had no cinnamon genes the male chicks would be split for cinnamon but there would be no visible cinnamons
