Default lutinos and albinos

if you had a blue male budgie (split for albino)

and bred it to a green hen.

would you get lutinos as well as albinos?

50% of the hens would be albino.if the green hen is split for blue you'd get 25% albino hens 25% lutino hens and 50% normal hens.

You would most likely get lutinos(I think) of course if the female was split for blue you would probably get some albino chicks.

half the hen chicks would be ino (albino or lutino).

if the hen is not split for green the inos will all be lutino, if she is split for blue then you can get albinos and lutinos.

If the hen is split for blue, then you'd get lutinos and albinos, otherwise you'd just get lutinos as yellow-based is dominant over white-based. I think that's right.

yes you would get lutinos. you would only get albinos if the hen was split for blue.

half the chicks would be inos. and of course out of those only the females would actually show the ino. if the hen was not split for blue then they would all be yellow based.
