Default Violet Cinnamon?

Ok read this before answering the question.

i know 100% sure this bird is a violet..
thnx to the flash of the camera it doesnt show.

so dont say its not a violet because the flash made it hard to spot.

BUT

Cinnamon i cant spot without a flash..

i know that because he is a violet, cinnamon goes very dark to hardly see-able.

So.. my question is..

Is this a cinnamon???

i also have a picture of a pied cinnamon.. with the violet (cinnamon) behind her.

Take a close look and tell me what you think..

its not 100% black for sure.. and its not grey either...

take a very close look because its really hard to see

Can't really tell from the pictures. The cinnamon gene lightens the body colour and the violet gene brightens it up so he could be just cobalt or a violet sky blue. A cinnamon violet will usually have brighter cheek patches than a plain cinnamon

Thank you so much. Sadly Royalty has passed away years ago. On the up side I have one of her sons that should carry her beautiful genes.
