Did someone hack their wings like that or are they all suffering from French Moult?

Pirate is a cinnamon dark green male

Ninja/Retard is a cinnamon recessive pied light green female

Wren is an opaline mauve female

UnNamed Budgie is an opaline recessive pied violet - also either cinnamon or greywing but the picture is not clear enough to tell which

Not sure if it is French Moult or not, they were looking good and flying around fine about 6 months ago. Then my girlfriends aunt said she should train her birds and it is easier to train them with wings cut. So she cut the flight feathers. I just asked my girlfriend and she said her aunt cut off all the flight feathers, so maybe they are starting to grow back??? *shrug* I hope its not French Moult, I'll take them to the vet this week.

As for the tail feathers, my gf's mom is not the nicest person to animal and has shut a door or two on the poor things and that is how they lost the tail feathers.

Also thanks Nev, I'll try to get some clearer pictures of the new one.

EDIT: new pics
