Default Question about Lutinos

Neither. It is sex linked Recessive pied is recessive also, so unless your lutino girl is masking recessive or split for it it wont show up in the babies but they will all be split for it.

If your lutino girl is split for blue you will get a mix or normal blues and normal greens. If she is not split for blue all the babies will be greens split for blue.

The lutino girl could be masking spangle, pied or some other dominant mutation that could appear in the babies but for the most part you will be getting normal greens and/or normal blues.

ok thanks! oh and i forgot i think the male is split to cinimon because he has had a baby with a green Recessive girl and then i got a intresting fustion (more then one dad) but there was a beautiful blue cinimon dom pied but it could have been from a diffrent dad

hi there,

lutino is sexlinked recessive, so you would not get any ino chicks from her unless the cock is split for ino. if he is a dominant pied blue then you will get greens and maybe blues, some normals and some dominant pieds. if he is also split for cinnamon you could get cinnamon or cinnamon dominant pied hens too.

as dean said, the hen could be masking other varieties so there is the chance of a complete surprise too!
