Question Sex and mutation help.

Hi, i wasnt sure weather i should just add this in my other thread about Tango or to just start another one. but here goes, it was my birthday last thursday and my partner suprised me saturday with my present.
a budgie , we both miss skylar and he new how hard it was/is for me to have lost her. we are not sure if its a male or female, but of course she/he is in quarentine. quite a large bodied bird.
so here are some pictures i hope they are clear enuff, if not let me know and ill get some more.
no flash used, its cere looks a little rough, also see those cute little belly colours, a medium blue and bright green.

no flash used. the patch between the wings (on the rump) is like a army green/ dark blue mix. hard to pick up on the camera.

im guessing pied, recessive, but im still learning so i cant take my own word for it. any and all help much apprieciated thank you.

Type 2 yellow face sky blue recessive pied female (i think lol, still learning)

But deff a female, see how her cere is brown? Boys should never have a brown cere, Blue or purpley for boys

White/tan/light blue with white nostrils, or brown (like this one) when in breeding condition for females.

Gorgeous little girl, congrats!

Type 2 yellow face recessive pied cobalt. The cere looks brown in the picture which would mean you have a female, male recessive pieds have a pink cere so if the cere looks pink in real life it would mean you have a male

Thank you Nev90, it looks more brown. when i saw her i thought with it a little flakey it was female coming in our of breeding condition and my partner told me that the pet shop he got her from had some older males and females (at that shop its rare they are ussually all babies). thank you again
