So to make it easy, I'll try to get several good pictures of each bird and post them seperately, a post per bird. Any questions I have relating to the birds, I will ask, I will also give as much information as I have!
Thank ya'll, and I hope I can get some answers!

So, first up is Beau.
I'm pretty sure Beau is a boy...about 100%.
He has no band. His suspected date of birth is about July 29th, 2008.
As for his mutations-
Yellow Based
1 Dark Factor/Dark Green
Dominant Pied SF
And Clearflight Pied.

My only question regarding Beau is...Is there anyway to distinguish if he is DF Clearflight or SF Clearflight or am I just going to have to wait and see once I breed him?

Lux-
D.O.B - 4/20/09
Has a band.
About 90% that she is a she.

Yellow Face II - I would love for someone to confirm this and maybe give me some more details on the genetics and how they would be passed on.
Cinnamon

Now, because she is a Yellow Face, I have no idea how this effects her other coloring. Would she still be considered a sky blue? Also, could some send me some charts on how I could possibly breed lacewings with her and more cinnamons?

Vox-
D.O.B. - About 5/18/09
Has band
Possibly male? About 75% sure.

White based
II Dark Factors/ Mauve
Opaline - I would love to learn more about this, just like I would with the cinnamons and yellowfaces.
Is he a spangle?
DF Dominant Pied
Clearflight Pied

Beau is a double dominant pied light green male. The basic difference between a single factor and double factor dominant pied is the amount of pattern on the wing. Single factor dominant pieds can have clear flights all the way up to 50% wing pattern. Now double factor dominant pieds have a couple patterned feathers on their shoulders or none at all. Hope that helps you out.

Snow White A.K.A. Snowie, Snow
D.O.B. Unknown Age: Guessing about 4-6 months, but would love your opinions!
No band
I'm almost 99% this one is a girl, but someone said that a bright pink cere means a boy. I don't know...take a guess!

White based
1 Dark factor/Cobalt
Violet (Is there anyway to tell is she is DF or SF?)
Cinnamon
Recessive Pied

Default Applez

Last but not least is Applez. I just got her today (I might just call her Apple...I don't know yet). Anyway, I haven't filled out her information in my breeder diary so you might as well just throw any idead you have at me!

I'm about 95% sure she is a girl though...and I'm guessing she is over 8 months though I haven't taken a really good look at her yet...she just was put in the cage with Skittles (they were bought at the same store about 3 or 4 days apart, and had been cage mates at the store, so they now get to enjoy quarantine together!)

So he would NOT be a Clearflight Pie then?

beau, i would say dark green dominant pied normal. i do not have much experience with df dom pieds, but would have thought he was a heavily pieded sf dom pied.

is there a reason you thought clearflight pied also?

dominant pieds usually have clear flight feathers so that is not necessarily an indication of clearflight pied.

Besides having the clearflight feathers, his tail feathers are clear. He has clear feathers up under his neck as well as the clear spot on the back of his head. Aren't those ALL indications that he is a clearflight?

lux looks like a skyblue yf1 cinnamon hen.

if the yellow splills down her chest a lot then she is a yf2.

yes she is still a skyblue, body colour is inherited separately from varieties, so it is best to consider each bird as having a basic body colour and then the varieties - which may or may not effect the body colour... so in this case you have a skyblue that has been diluted a bit by the cinnamon and has yellow present due to the yf.

clearflights have clear flight feathers, and probably some other clear wing feathers, often a clear patch on the head, but if there is any patcehs on the body they are usually up high, attached to the mask. they do not often have patches down low on the belly.

dominant pieds have a head patch, usually some clear flight feathers, and a patch of clear on the body down lower separate from the mask, though this can be quite large and spread upwards too.

obviously natural variation can make these hard to tell apart at times!

can someone with more experience give any more, or more accurate, info?
