~Melissa~ will become famous soon enough
Question Am I right??

Hello all, I figured I would post some pictures of my group of ten. I'm just interested in what they might be.

First there is Auzzie, he is going through a really rough molt right now but I got a couple pictures....will get more when he looks and probably feels better.

here is a picture of his wings from a few weeks ago:

My guess: A sky blue yellow face type 2 dilute.

Next, there is Diego:

My guess: A normal gray opaline.

Harper:

My guess: a recessive pied dark gray greeen.

Icarus:

My guess: A double factor dominant pied cobalt violet.

Jinx:

My guess: an opaline gray dilute.

Kona:

My guess: a normal cobalt gray wing, or clear wing.

Mac:

My guess: a dominant pied sky blue violet.

Tassel:

My guess: A normal light green gray wing.

Turkey:

My guess: A dominant pied cobalt yellow face type 2.

And finally Yoshi:

My guess: a light green opaline.

Owners clip birds wing for their protection. I had a bird that didn't know how to fly and sadly he died from a broken neck. It was very sad.

In our given situation clipping their wings is best for them....we do allow them to have enough to glide but not to fully fly. I have also had some budgies in the past get hurt in flying accidents. They don't seem to mind it, and they still get plenty of exercise and out of the cage time. Just something I do to keep them safe.

When talking about the violet, how can you tell? Is it something your not totally sure of until they breed or is there something with their color that tells you?

Also, thanks for all of the information.

Violet can usually be seen on a cobalt or sky blue bird but it is very hard to be sure about in photos
