Question Breeding rainbows without dominant pied

I have two rainbows that are also dominant pied. Now I would love to breed true rainbow chicks but if I breed them they will come out with double dominant pied. They would still be stunning but I want to breed true rainbows. So here they are La fiesta and Diego.

La fiesta opaline, yellow face type two, sky blue, clearwing, single factor dominant pied I know you can't see her clear feathers very well but trust me.
Diego opaline, yellow face type two, cobalt, clearwing.

Ok now that you know what the rainbows look like I would like to breed La fiesta and Dusty. From what I understand the chicks will be...
100% opaline
50% dominant pied
100% yellow face type two
blue
blue grey
single factor violet
splint for clearwing
Now how any will be split for clearwing? 100%? I'm not sure

Dusty opaline, double factor violet, yellow face type two, grey factor.

I would also like to breed Diego and Stella. I think their chicks will be...
100% opaline
50% dominant pied
50% yellow face type two
blue
50% single factor violet
split for clearwing. But I still don't know what percent of the chicks will be split for it.

Stella oplaine, sky blue, single factor violet

Few, now that I have magically bred the birds I would like and have one chick from La fiesta and Dusty split for clearwing and one from Diego and Stella. Can I breed...

La fiesta's chick to Diego and Diego's chick to La fiesta and get true rainbows? I know that this is the long way to get clearwings but I have no choice. So is that correct or is there a better way to breed the dominant pied out?

i would breed the dominant pieds together.

you would get 1/4 df dom pied
1/2 sf dom pied
1/4 non dom pieds...

so you should get 1/4 rainbows.

I enjoyed reading this thread.
I cant wait to read your "rainbow Journals"
Oh gosh I am so excited already!

Are you also going to try the "long way"?
I think it might be cool see'ing all those beautiful colours,
of course If you think you will find the beautiful bubs
some good homes I would cuddle them up in a heartbeat
