Where did you get that beautiful opaline clearbody cock? He is a beauty.
The hen appears to be a normal cobalt

The two chicks look like they are both opaline clearbody so they will both be female. The top one is green series like the dad

The bird having a bath is a clearflight pied

Hi nev ,
Thanks for your reply.
I got the cock from a nice lady who is a breeder.

So the top chick will be same colour as the dad. Great.
what about the other chick ? they were born a day apart.

Thanks

Gorgeous Male you have from what i can see of your female she's stunning as well

if dad is not split to blue both babies will be green series

and just looking at the wings of the top one and comparing it to the bottom one it looks identical - maybe both are going to be the same mutation

Wow, who would have thought they would BOTH turn out to be blue! I guess the dad was split after all.

I think, that texas clearbody is a sex-linked gene, so that means that the girl (what you called white one) will be an opaline texas clearbody, and the other one, since it is normal, and not texas clearbody, has to be a boy. He does look like a boy to me.

They are very pretty.
