Mutations of some of my new birds...

Just wanted to confirm mutations of some of my new birds.

Easy ones though... :)

Some pictures are with flash and some without it.

I think ...

Bluebell the cock bird is full body color greywing cobalt (or violet cobalt).
Matkoo the cock bird is opaline sky blue.
Sweetie the hen is normal light green.

Very pretty birds! :D

Sweetie is Olive (Two dark factors) with brown markings.
(The picture with flash is not showing that whereas it is evident in the picture without flash.)

I have posted a picture of Bubbly. She is also Olive but she has black markings.

You are very good at mutations and I always enjoy your posts.

Just a quick question.

Sweetie and Bubbly both have same body color, which is Olive. (Maybe not clear in pictures). The only difference between them, other than size, is the markings. Sweetie has brown markings whereas Bubbly has black markings. Will both still be considered as Olive (Two dark factors). One Cinnamon and the other normal.

Secondly, is Olive and Grey Green are same?

Bubbly is a grey green not an olive. Although the two shades look similar they are different.

Olive is a green with two dark factors.

Grey green is a green with a grey factor added

You can distinguish between the two types by the cheek patches and the tails. A grey green will have grey, silver or blue cheek patches and a black tail. An olive will have violet cheek patches and a dark blue tail

The two pictures of Sweetie look very different shades so it would be difficult to tell her correct shade of green from these pictures

Nice explanation.

Bubbly has very obvious grey cheek patches but it is very difficult to tell the color of top cheek patches of Sweetie.

Sweetie has two colors in cheek patches. Top ones are grayish blue or grayish violet (not as violet as normal variety usually have). And the lower are brown same as wing colors.
