Looks like a greywing to me. Does the yellow go through his body color and wings?

I am not very good at mutations (actually I am horrible at it), so wait for one of the experts to come and tell you the final word. I would say that she is a greywing (like you said) or a dilute of some kind and maybe a yellow face (I cannot distinguish between types though) on a yellow based budgie. I hope someone else comes by later with a more definite answer.

Yes the yellow does go through his body and wings which I assume means he is a YF type 2 but i'm not very good at telling the difference between type 1 & 2 so could be wrong

I think he's a yellow face 1 dilute. It's hard to tell shade of blue in greywings (50% body color dilution) and dilutes (80% body color dilution). https://www.****************/colorsguide.html#dilution https://www.****************/colorsguide.html#darkfactor

Yellow face 1's can have yellow suffused elsewhere besides mask and tail. (All my YF1's have suffusion.) In yellow face 2's the yellow turns the body color from blue to green. https://www.****************/colorsguide.html#yellowface
