Default Umm is my budgie a mutant?

Hello idk how to post a picture but, i can tell you how my budgie looks like , i think its a mutant.Its White,Lightblue,black eyes, its 1 year 2 month old,its male I know its not female because shopkeeper told me.Also he has Blue Nose.iF u help me i post picture of it.I never seen a budgie like this.Also my Blue Female budgie has a Orange forehead:O

If it's the orange forehead you're worried about, it's ok. It's something he rubbed on - either an orange perch, orange colored food, or even some toy that has an orange dye. Budgies don't have a gene for a color orange or red, so it's not genetically possible for him to actually have an orange forehead for real.
It'll come off in time with baths or molting.

Found out that the male budgie is greywing budgie and the females forehead was orange because what the Dorothybudgie said
