They look like violet grays. My Cloud is a violet gray as well

The male looks like her but slightly darker in normal lighting. My female is a little lighter.

The male is a mauve normal, the female is a mauve opaline Both look like they could carry violet as well.

Opaline dilutes the body color by about 10%, so that is why your female is a little lighter than your male

I think your hen is a violet mauve personally... not violet grey She was very light for a mauve as a chick and looked like a cobalt violet, but her color looks much more like a violet mauve than a violet grey

Mauve violet has passed my mind before, but her recent moult has revealed this

She is nearly all gray now, thoughts?
