this gorgeous little guy is 11 weeks old. I am curious which mutation and which pattern type he has?

Beautiful bird! Are you sure it is a male? If I look at the white around the nostrils I would say it is female.

well I am not sure yet. The breeder checked the pelvic bone, he said most probably a male and we had the first check-up he other day. The vet said looks like a male. But I know I cannot be sure until his cere changes color!

Even though I grew up with a budgie (green wildtype), I had no idea these little guys had so many color variations!

two more questions on Chuzzle's colors:

1. His face is slightly yellowish, not yellow yellow but more of a dirty white - creamish color, is this a color mutation?

2. Will he ever get the necklace? I don't know if the spangles can have those spots?
