Welcome to the forums! It's hard to tell what gender spirit is because there is a bright glare. Perhaps you could take another picture in some natural light?

Did you use flash? I wouldn't recommend using a flash as it may hurt your birds eyes. Your bird looks female in both, but it could just be the lighting doing that, which is why I won't be able to give an accurate answer. Perhaps take a picture in the morning, when there is natural light shining on him/her, and be sure not to use a flash. Also have a read through this sticky Mutation, lighting and angle does matter You can try to sex your bird yourself if you want. Females have pale whitish and light blue ceres which turn tan/brown when they're in season. Males have pinky purple ceres that will turn blue as they mature, with the exception of some mutations. Because your budgie is the albino mutation, if it's a male it's cere will stay pink or pinky purple for it's whole life.

Hi! to Talk Budgies

From the pictures submitted thus far, it looks as though your beautiful little Albino is a female but flash washes out the color of the cere.

In order to accurately determine gender, please post a full-frontal picture of the cere taken in natural light (no flash/no direct sunlight).

For gender and/or mutation help - Lighting and Angle DOES matter

Hi there and to the forums!

It's great to have you with us, and you couldn't have come to a better place to learn even more about the best of budgie care!

I'm unable to see a photo of Spirit at this time! However, if her cere is whitish or light blue, she is most likely female

Be sure to read through the links provided above to stay up to date on all the best practices for caring for budgies. If you have any questions after reading through everything, be sure to ask as we'd love to help!

We look forward to seeing you around the forums as well as seeing more of Spirit!

Best wishes!

Is this a new budgie or are you referring to spirit?

It's hardly moving the last 2 days since I brought it home... I have a wonderful set up for it.. in a large flight cage.

For some unknown reason, you then tried to change the title of your thread to "ooooooooooooooooooooooooo"

deleted the second post and edited the initial the post to the following:
