Unhappy Sticky situation, need suggestions

I lost my nine-month-old parakeet that is very skittish in my three story house! I have played his or hers favorite video and no answer. I am afraid it's stuck somewhere. Also, it has no favorite treats.

Do you know which room the bird is in?

If there are doors to specific rooms, shut each of them and then begin searching each room one at a time.

Look in any curtains, behind and under all furniture and take your time doing this.

Budgies are small and when scared they will be very quiet as they hide.

Once the budgie is located, then bring its cage into that room with its food and water.

Open the cage door (clip it open if necessary).
Sit quietly next to the cage and wait patiently.

If the bird does not go into the cage, dim the lights, close all the blinds and catch the bird very gently using a soft cloth.
Place it carefully in the cage.

If your budgie would normally verbally respond to you playing budgie sounds but you're getting no response at all, just silence, then it doesn't look very good.

All you can do, is to work systematically through each room in a careful search.
Be very careful moving furniture, it might be helpful to use a mobile phone camera to try to 'see' behind, before you move anything.
Best of luck.
