Question Is my new bird a budgie ?

Hey guys,

I got my first bird yesterday, the seller told me its a budgie, it was in a cage with birds I could recognise as budgies myself as a noob, but the one I got doesn't really look like one, I chose it cause it was the youngest (2 months old he said)

what do you guys think ?

Hi! to Talk Budgies

Yes, your new bird is a budgie!

I recommend you remove wooden dowel perches as well as plastic perches and replace them with natural wooden perches of varying diameters to help prevent pressure sores.

Yes, but it will still take a lot of patience and hard work. Just because she's young doesn't mean she's going to blindly trust you more than an older budgie
