Default Harry the Lizard... anyone else have reptiles?

Does anyone else here have any... unusual or reptilian pets?
I have a baby black rock skink named Harry (as in, 'Yer a lizard Harry!')
Fellow Potterheads will understand the reference

Tell me what your reptilian babies are!

Aww, Harry is one unique looking lizard and unlike any that I've seen. Very cool little friend you got there

I also had a little reptilian friend once - an iguana name Zilla. All was well when he was just a cute and harmless little guy...

But the problem started as he grew exponentially from all the rich foods I fed him - from a few grams of dried shrimp to a few tons of fresh tuna daily...

...thus resulting a 500ft, 100 ton Radioactive Green & Mean Monstrosity that almost destroyed half of New York!

And the moral to this story is - don't feed your budgie meat!

Echo the leopard gecko is our other pet, she's lovely and so entertaining at feed time but they aren't affectionate like budgies x

I think lizards are super cute since I was a kid. But they need extra careful, moisture, temperature, humidity adjustment to live, correct? I think about getting one, but I am too scared of live bugs (not sure what they are called) to feed to them...

Nick, you must have been given one heck of a bill!

Akela, I don't have any reptiles as pets but I have had some more unusual pets in the past. I had African Land Snails, stick insects, salamanders, hermit crabs and rainbow/red claw/fiddler crabs. There's a wonderful reptile store near me that sells amazing little creatures. They recently had a waxy monkey toad which was a funny looking little critter.

It's nice to meet Harry, the lizard!

The only scaly pets I ever had were fish and my experience with them only reiterated that I'm much better off with birds.
