Smile When do you feed the seed sprouts?

I have started a pan of seed on a white paper towel. Do I feed these to my birds the day I notice they have germinated? Or is it better to wait a couple of days after germination? I am starting these in my greenhouse and they should germinate in about 3~5 days as I keep the temp at 70 degrees.

I am also, doing a time lapse video to show the process in action.

Richard

You can start feeding the budgies the sprouts as soon as they reach about 1/2" long! I'm sure they will enjoy them tremendously.

I start feeding my sprouts as soon as I see little tails on them. When they are short tails they are very nutritious.

Thanks for responding. Now it is time for Mother nature to do her thing.
