I'm not able to discern very clearly from the photos but if her eyes are red and tail feathers brown she is indeed a Sf Goldenface Lacewing. She is a stunning bird !

I think shes more likely just fallow than TCB fallow. Her flights look brownish instead of grey which is one of the signs of TCB.

Shes a nice example to show how deceptive cere colours can be on young chicks.
