1 is my beautiful lutino budgie a male or female ? First we thought girl now we thought male so idk... and how can I tell how old it is since she or he has no stripes . And I will post another pic if you want ... she or he ig has no eye on the other side was like that when we got her from someone on fb that was giving her away... she is so skiddish and loves to sing. But won't let u touch or hand feed her. We have had her for like 2 months or so please help

I call her tweet but not sure what to name her. I think she is adjusting well but she is like mute unless music is on
