Tweety is very pretty. I believe she may be female but as mentioned those photos are still not the best for telling gender, as mentioned above. Could you try one more time and get photos where her cere is not in direct light but is still clearly visible?
Additionally, I noticed you have some dangerous items in her cage that you should remove ASAP. The necklace and wind chimes are not budgie toys and as such most likely are made with coating or paint that can easily be chewed off and ingested with potentially fatal consequences. Additionally, budgies do not need a mirror as it can eventually lead to aggression, possessive behavior, etc. Please remove these items from her cage right away!
