A prelude to playtime

I finally got around to compile and download all of Khaleesi's playtime photos and videos taken over last Summer up until the present day.
They show some games we actually play together, quite original ones if I may say so without giving much spoilers.
This will be presented a bit like a mini series, so for now we have the prelude to playtime.
Here is my boy's toy box, he always hops on top of the box and waits for me to take the lid off.
I wonder which I will pick first
It has to be the pink ball
I'm going to make it roll out of bed!
Now I need something else
You know very well I'm now going for the Spiderman toy, it's no surprise.
This may look like a toy, but it's in fact Khaleesi's box of trinkets
He's not afraid of getting eaten by Om Nom!
Let's see what he is going to pick this time
A bottle cap... I first found out about his love for bottle caps when I took the cap off my water bottle to have a drink and he stole it right out of my hand.
And here's a Video of Khaleesi playing with the very same bottle cap.
It was recorded with my cellphone, so the quality isn't that great.

Peachy and I are so excited that you are going to be doing a series of Khaleesi!! :jumping:
Peachy loves seeing his BFFF (Best Forum Friend Forever) as he refers to Khaleesi.
In the video, Khaleesi looked like he was playing "frisbee" with his bottle cap-- SO cute!
And I adore his "Mr Om-Nom" box of trinkets.
Peachy has a couple of boxes of toys he likes to play with too but nothing so cool as what you have for Khaleesi.
I'm looking forward for the next episode in the series already!!

Khaleesi loves to include me in his playtime, when he throws the bottle cap at me, he waits for me to hand it back to him, he's very polite!

I know the name is misleading, but Khaleesi is a boy. I thought he was a girl during the first 6 months of his life and I decided to keep the name since he responds to it when I call him.
It's only natural that he does so, because I raised him from a very early age and he's very bonded to me.
No problem there, my friend!I totally forgot... You had mentioned that to me before
It took me a long time to get used to refer to him as a boy and he never held a grudge against me for being mistaken about his gender.

Haha, thanks Nedra! That's very true, Khaleesi's moves with the bottle cap are too fast for my phone camera!
I really got lucky with him as he is the perfect little bird, he had a rough start in life with being rejected and thrown out of the nest, but with my help he turned out better than I thought. I raised him in contact with the budgies and he is very sweet to them when I allow supervised out of cage time together.
He has never been aggressive towards the budgies, in fact it's the budgies who actually start to bully Khaleesi, so their interactions are very limited in time. I even had to put a stop to Leonel's interaction because he started to pluck some feathers out of Khaleesi.
Luigi continues to be good friends with Khaleesi, they are flight buddies (something I can't do for my lovie), whenever Luigi sees Khaleesi he starts to kiss and feed him, it's very funny, but after a while, Luigi gets too pushy in his advances and Khaleesi backs away and comes back to me.
I'm always his number one.
As to my other lovebirds, I don't trust them around the budgies nor even Khaleesi. I do allow short meetings between Khaleesi and them, but those are very sporadically and they are very closely supervised in a more confined environment.
