An incredibly sweet 5 week old Albino budgie - are they a boy or girl?

I took two photos of this little sweetheart, one with light coming from above, and a close-up of their cere under a my phone’s camera with flash enabled. Any idea if this little one is a boy or girl?

Also, what is highly recommended for a DNA gender test?

DNA gender tests on budgies are highly unreliable and I would not waste money on having one done.

Please try to post a couple of additional pictures taken in natural light. No flash and no direct sunlight. Make sure the cere is not in shadow.

FaeryBee is correct, the photos above are not the best for telling gender. While you still should post photos taken in natural light without shadow, I can tell you that this little one is a girl :) More photos to confirm would be great :)

Budgies are one of the only parrots that DON'T need DNA tests to determine gender so apart from being somewhat of a scam sometimes the results are not even reliable as mentioned 👍

Your little one is a girl. However, I’m concerned about what’s on her beak. Is that food? Do you have better pictures that are in-focus?
