I can't guess his color, but I'm guessing he's a dominant pied. Can you post pics of his parents?

By the say, he's adorable! :love:

Hmmm, I don't see any pied spot, but he has white wing and tail pins. I'm not good enough at mutations to know what that means. :p

But I think I see cobalt in his upper tail pins (last photo).

Very hard to say, but it looks like either sky blue or a violet sky blue pins are coming out just above the tail. This is always the first area I look at to ascertain colourings early on. The colours in this area are always brighter, deeper and clearer than frontal feathers as the back rump colouring is the best on any budgie.

My guess is skyblue too. Is one of the parents a green split to blue by chance? My skyblues always had that same cool turquoise sheen on them; I read back then that it was because of their parents being green split to blue.

I am very new to guessing, but the wing colors remind me of a greywing? Or am I totally off? I can't get over the color on the wings, really pretty.
