I was just wondering if it is possible to introduce a male budgie to a cage with two females?

No, you should not introduce a male budgie to the two girls.

Also, I'm not sure if JoJo is a girl, since the only photos showing the cere are with flash, making it hard to tell the true colour.

Either way, having mixed genders and uneven flock numbers can lead to a lot of conflict within the cage. I would focus on them for now :D

They are very cut and tame too. Did you get them as hand tame budgies too. Mine are just pet store birds and are not tame at all.

Ava came to me hand tame and I've been working with Jojo and she's a very fast learner!

Everyday and not really. I usually work with both at the same time and it seems to not put so much stress on them

Yes, in the lastest picture you posted, it appears that JoJo is female.

But.... was that picture also taken with flash?

Please do not introduce a male bird into the mix with these two budgies.
Housing two of one gender and one of another gender is a recipe for disaster.

It is best to stay with the two you have. Get to know them and their personalities and enjoy them.
Having "more" budgies is not necessarily better.

With a smaller number of birds you can easily ensure you are able to give them the best of care including Avian Vet care if and when it is necessary.
