Hi there,

I've been away quite a bit for a while...so just to pop-in - say hallo...

..and give some baby pictures for your enjoyment..

Can anyone tell what genes these babies carry?

Babies 1, 2 & 3

Mom "Bubbles" & Dad "Rainbow":

Thx for your guesses!

Enjoy!

PS-Baby no3 was a real surprise!; as I didn't think mom carried this baby gene (while knowing dad had it)!...as I understand both dad & mom have to have this recessive gene...right?

I'm fairly confused. XD
Daddy is a blue series with a heavy Golden/Yellow face going on right? While mom is a blue series Opaline spangle. How did you get a green series baby?

Either way.
Baby 1- Dark green greywing/clearwing?
Baby 2- cobalt opaline spangle
Baby 3- Recessive or Dominant Pied cobalt. It'll be easier for me to figure out which pied it is by looking at its belly. XD

This is the kind of result you get from colony breeding. Are you sure of the parentage?

..apolgies again, it may have been that "Shiny" (Grey green greywing/blue,I think) or "DeepGreen" (Light-green /cinamon) got to do his business here too....same as for post with "Candy Floss"...where a "green baby" arrived...

Could any of these 2 dads be the culprit?

"Shiny" (he's split blue)

or

"Deep Green"
