It's bath time!

As usual, Calliope rules the roost as poor Riu gets more and more anxious for his own turn. He hardly bathes properly, though, so if you want to see the goofy way he usually bathes, check out 2:38.

Cara, if I remember what I was told here on the forums, she is an opaline spangle violet, so she'd indeed be a dilute. Here are a few more pics of her.

The first one is fresh home from the pet store, and the others are still pretty old, but I can't get a good pic on my iphone because she's terrified of it. lol

Well, I went to the pet store that day specifically to find a friend for Riu, but the moment I saw her, I wanted her pretty badly, anyway. LOL

Luckily, I rarely see any budgies that are so irresistible they test my willpower, but I will be looking as soon as my current new bird is fully well and has satisfied the extended quarantine period.
