Is this supposed to be a joke?
If so -- it isn't funny at all.

Why are you talking about hanging a toy for your budgies out in the garden??
You cannot allow your budgies to be outdoors unless they are safely secured in their cage AND supervised at all times.

Hi Justin,

I hope you're not serious when talking about hanging toys in the garden  ??

Not only is that very dangerous for budgies, it indicates that perhaps you're not aware of the responsibility it takes to keep budgies. If for some reason you were told that it's ok to let your budgies fly around outside without a cage to protect them, then you've been severely misled. You've come to a great place to learn the best practices for budgie care so we're happy to help you learn everything you need to know, so you should know that you should NEVER have your budgies outside without being in a cage and supervised. It only takes a second for a gust of wind or a predator to take a budgie straight out of the air, not to mention the outdoors are overwhelming for tiny, domestic birds like budgies and there are dangers everywhere.

Please consider what we've said very carefully! Additionally, I'd never recommend a toy like that for a budgie since it seems very large with a lot of ropes and strings attached which are also dangerous for birds. Please read these links!
