As you said, those are not the best pictures for determining gender.
Please ask the breeder to send close up, in focus, full frontal pictures of the chick’s cere taken in natural light. No flash and no direct sunlight.

I don't mean to be rude, but the perch is straight dowel style and absolutely filthy. If it was my choice, I wouldn't consider acquiring a bird from this "breeder". They are a rather cute bird, such a shame. Looking forward to more photos!

It would be best if you could visit the breeder so you can see the conditions that the birds have been raised in, if you are not allowed to visit, that would be a red flag.
