Budget is obviously a much loved (and not spoiled in the least) member of your family. :2thumbs:

I give Skipper and Scooter head-rubs in the same fashion as shown in your video. I use nose, chin and cheek to rub their little heads.

Skipper in particular loves head rubs and he adores kisses!
Both Skipper and Scooter play the "toss the toy so Mom will fetch it" game but Scooter is the champion!
