Budgie Behavior Lethargic with Watery Poop

Hi. I have a yellow budgie named Tweety, and he has been acting very strange lately. He has been wanting to stay in his cage more often, although he is still very talkative. He came out today and flew on his perch, but then started pooping way more watery then he usually does and pooping way more in general. I’m really worried if he is sick.

Birds hide illness very well and often the first indication that something is wrong is a change in behavior and coupled with the fact that you have noticed a change in the droppings you should have him checked by an avian vet, do you have one?
