I would take her to an avian vet without delay. There are a number of things that could be causing it but if she is straining there could be an abdominal issue, has she ever laid any eggs? I suggest you replace that bell, it looks like it is starting to corrode.

She never laid eggs. I was thinking maybe she's having difficulty trying to lay an egg? I know that's a common issue with female parrots. I'll take her to a vet on Monday. I agree with Cody with regard to the bell. It needs to be replaced right away.
Additionally, I recommend you remove the wooden dowel perches in the cage and replace them with natural wooden perches of varying diameters to help prevent pressure sores.
