Hi, I have a 4 month old yellow male. I think he is either a recessive pied or dark eyed clear. Can people give their opinion?

He is a beautiful yellow bird! Unfortunately that's all I can tell about him.
I'm sure the experts here will know more than I. Could you possibly provide
more photos so we can see a bit more?

If he is a dark eyed clear, his eyes will be plum coloured.

By what I can see, I'd say he could possibly be a double factor spangle masking recessive pied, if he has no signs of iris rings. I have two like him, a hen who is a pale yellow all over with no iris rings, and her father who is a deep yellow with no iris rings. I had no idea why until a future clutch from the same parents produced a recessive pied.
