Hi!
Haven't been on here in a long time!
I was just wanting to know what you guys think about my plan on buying some birds tomorrow. I am going to a large breeder, and want to get some nice birds. Basically unlimited colors to pick from. I want to breed Cinnamons, Clearflights, Violets and Pieds Combination/Mixes. Also just pretty birds. My limit of birds is 17/ Maybe 18. What do you think?

Candy: WF Violet Opaline Spangle
Willow: WF Opaline Grey
Macadamia: WF Sky Blue
Charlie: WF Dominant Blue Pied (Maybe DF)
Crumble: YF Opaline Blue
Angel: White Opaline Lacewing
Foxtrot: WF Grey Spangle
Olive: YF Olive Cinnamon

Squeak: WF Cobalt Spangle
Ozzie: Greywing Grey
Apollo: YF Spangle Sky Blue split to Ino
Romeo: WF Normal Violet

whay are you selling your 2 budgies ?

Its sad how people sell their budgies because they want different kinds or want to make money
I would never sell any of my birds because I have a strong bond with them

*Shrug* Culling is part of breeding. These hens are old and Crumble has never prodcued eggs. they are also small and inbred birds. It was a hard choice to get rid of these two, but there are some birds I would never get rid of because they hold sentimental value. Only 2 or 3 of my birds are actually tame.

I agree trading/selling birds is part of breeding. I have done so in the past. I also agree that there are some of my birds that I would never think of selling. I would love to see photos of your flock. They all sound gorgeous!
