I have this budgie male and I bought him one week ago. Yesterday he was in my hand and he suddenly jumped on the table, the next morning he couldn't move his fingers but his leg is fine, he is walking on it, and he is eating a little(maybe because he is new?); I think everything is normal. But, can anyone tell me what's wrong with his fingers ?????

That cage looks very tiny and not anywhere big enough in which to house your budgie.
How is he doing today?
