Yes, it sounds confusing, but it is true, they dont want to come to me only in the daytime. If i even go close to the cage, they starts to running away and hide . But in the evening, (as soon as it's dark) , they have no problem be with me, sit on my finger and sometimes go around in the house. What is the reason? Why only in the day they hate me and not in the night? hmy:inch:

All 3 of them used to sit with me, play, i could take them with me and watch tv. they would sit on my hand, cuddle, until they didn't want it anymore. It's probably worth mentioning that they started to fly away from me when they grew their full wings and could fly anywhere. when i first got them, there wings were clipped and they were limited to fly only very short distance. in general its almost impossible to hold them if they r in flying mode, which is why i had to stop taking them out of cage in the morning. i would keep them out for an hour in the morning before i come to work. but now, since they won't go inside the cage once they r out, i had to stop that. i feel bad. i wish i could still keep them out in the morning cos they love it. at night, its different scenario, they wont go out even the door is open .:001_rolleyes:

Their behaviour changes completely at night. they are very quiet,stay inside the cage most times and would only go any other room with me if only i take all of them together. they are very fond of each other, won't go anywhere alone.:yellow plet::green linnie:

You need to think about things like a budgie and not a human.

Firstly, they don't 'hate' you. Birds aren't capable of emotions like hate. Simply put, during the day, they want to play and have fun. they are full of energy and don't want to engage with you.
In the evening when they are calmer they are letting you know that they are ready to interact with you.

The very reason they did sit with you and cuddle was that they had no choice. They didn't choose to spend time with you, they were pretty much forced too. that's not to say that they don't like you and that you can't build up a good relationship with them, just that it will be different than when they had clipped wings because now they can be actual birds.

if you are consistent with opening their cage door in the evening they will get used to it and start to come out if they want too. I don't finish work until 5pm every day so mine have no choice but to stay in until I get home at around 5.30pm. they don't always come out straight away but usually, will for a bit when they are ready.

You should look at the training and bonding section.
I'd also think about what you think is realistic for your birds in regards to their bond with you. If you are hoping they will cuddle with you every night, you will need to adjust this as you will only be disappointed.

However ,they were never forced to cuddle /sit with me. The fact that they are doing whatever they want is the proof that i have not forced them to do anything. They have always set free to roam around their area . they are free to go out of cage and play as long as i am home, which is pretty much every evening . they could fly 3-5 feet from/to their cage even when their wings were clipped. even with with all these option, they still had good bonding with me. So i was wondering what caused all of them together to act this way. I know bird won't come and cuddle or sit with me like a dog or cat, i dont expect that . I was checking if this behaviour is normal . or if they are afraid of me for some reason, which it doesn't seem like.

Their behavior is perfectly normal.
The budgies prefer to spend time with their same species friends and, as Therm indicated, they are playing and enjoying their time together.
As soon as a budgie has full flight rather than clipped wings, its true nature will come to the forefront.

In the evening when their energy levels are lower, they are more inclined to accept you as a part of their flock because they are normally quieter at that time of day.

I wouldn't worry about it at all, simply enjoy their antics as they play.

If you wish for them to interact with you on a more regular basis, you might want to consider working with them individually doing some clicker training with them.
