Hello, the photos are recent, 2-3 days maybe, i have a photo of her wings.
The new cage is in progress, my dad and I are building it 70x40x45. In my country the budgies are very common birds for taking care, and they are selling them for maybe 4-5 dollars, and in the shop they never mentioned about quarantine.
That's why I'm in this forum, cause we don't have much information about budgies, their health, and mutations as a matter of fact.
