Ok, sorry about all the questions on squash topic, lol, but I am planning to roast a butternut squash with a little bit of salt and butter. So, what would be a good side dish (preferably something meaty) to it? I am planning to bring a dish to work and share

It goes equally well with chicken, beef or lamb.I have also served with pasta dishes.

I roasted the thing, and ate it all by myself in two days. LOL it was even better than acorn squash...

Yes, I love lamb! It's very expensive here though, so I don't really cook it.
