my girl aevum really likes to shred things, so i was wondering in unsalted and shelled peanuts would be okay for her? i read that budgies can have peanuts, but idk if it would be wise to give her shelled ones! she doesnt eat the things she shreds, so it may be a nice surprise for her to find food inside something!!

I would say Yes, but with the caveats listed on this page.
It doesn’t quite seem worth it in my opinion.

I would not recommend giving your budgie peanuts - especially in the shell.
Low quality peanuts can contain Aflatoxin.
Additionally, peanuts are high in fat content.

You are better off giving your budgie vegetables and plenty of shredding toys.
